原文：“Subsequently, 4 and corresponding amine (7 equiv.) in a mixture of water/1,4-dioxane (1:1, v/v) at 95 °C for 24 h according to the previously reported procedure [20]. However, this procedure needed long reaction time and the deacetylation was incomplete due to poor solubility. Therefore, the method was modified and the problem was overcome by the use of ethanol as solvent, triethylamine as deacid reagent in the ammonolysis of 4, and sodium ethoxide as catalyst in the deacetylation. Using this efficient modified procedure, 32 of N6-alkyl(aryl)-2-alkyl(aryl)thioadenosines (Table 2, 5a1-a8 and 5b1-b24) were obtained in good yields. ” 审稿人的意见：1.the phrases are not written with the correct structure, they must be revised because nouns and verbs are not clear. 2.the paragraph of Chemistry discussion previously mentioned should be clarified being a possible option: "Subsequently, the target compounds 5 were obtained in good yields by reaction of the adequate compound 4 with the corresponding amine in ethanol using first triethylamine and after sodium, as an efficient modification of previous reported method (20)". 由于本人英语水平有限，实在看不出原文有何毛病，请大家不吝赐教，谢谢！ |
