【附件】： 欧盟政策文件：利润、效率及可再生能源法，原文为德文，有懂德文的虫子可以下载：） 如果不懂，可以用google translate大致的翻译下，还是可以看个大概的。 German FIT: First cut comes in two weeks 23.02.2012: German Minister of Environment Norbert Röttgen and Minister of Economy Phillip Rösler have reached a compromise on the future of Germany’s feed-in-tariff (FIT) scheme. According to a proposal released by the Ministry of Environment, FITs would be cut by 20 to 30 percent on March 9, 2012. Starting on May 1, rates would be further reduced on a monthly basis. The new scheme would have three different rates depending on the size of an installation: one for rooftop systems up to 10 kW, another for rooftop systems up to 1,000 kW and a third for large-scale systems up to 10 MW. Power plants larger than 10 MW would no longer have access to any incentives. Under the proposal, only 90 percent the energy produced by a PV installation would receive the FIT.
