摘要:采用柠檬酸络合法制备LaMnO3和La0.8K0.2MnO3钙钛矿催化剂,运用程序升温氧化(TPO)考察在不同反应气氛下催化燃烧碳烟的活性,并通过XRD、O2-TPD、NO-TPD、XPS以及NO预处理后O2-TPD等技术对催化剂进行表征和分析。结果表明:活性氧含量与碳烟的深度氧化密切相关。NO除了部分氧化形成NO2以外,还促进了活性氧物种的生成。由于La0.8K0.2MnO3比LaMnO3有更多的氧空位,利于氧的活化和迁移,所以NO对于La0.8K0.2MnO3催化碳烟的作用更为显著。

Abstract:
Perovskite catalysts LaMnO3 and La0.8K0.2MnO3 were prepared using the citric acid complex method, and temperature programmed oxidation (TPO) was employed to investigate the activity of the catalytic combustion of soot under different reaction conditions. After XRD, O2-TPD of NO-TPD, XPS, and NO pretreatment, the catalysts were characterized and analyzed by O2-TPD and other techniques. The results showed that the deep oxidation of soot was closely related to the active oxygen content. Apart from being partially oxidized into NO2, the NO also promoted the generation of reactive oxygen species. Compared with LaMnO3, La0.8K0.2MnO3 had more oxygen vacancies which were conducive to oxygen activation and migration. Therefore, NO played a more significant role in the catalysis of soot by La0.8K0.2MnO3.
