看了两篇文献,有四个有关XRD数值分析上的困惑,求好心人解答。
the Texture Coefficient for the (111), (200), (220), (311) and(222) reflections was calculated by using the following expression(见附图):
I(hkl) was the peak intensity of the (hkl) reflection for the obtained samples, I0(hkl) was the peak intensity of the (hkl) reflection for the JCPDS card no. 01-089-2769, and n was the number of peaks.
第一个问题:I0(hkl)是根据JCPDS card no. 01-089-2769这个标准查的数值吗?在哪查?怎么查?
第二个问题:n是峰的个数,总共的峰不只以上5个,还有其他的杂峰,杂峰也算进n吗?比如说XRD图中除了以上(111), (200), (220), (311) and(222)五个峰,还有三个杂峰。那么n是5还是8呢?
第二篇文献中表述如下:
where Ihkl is the integrated intensity obtained from the Pearson VII profile fit, and Ir,hkl is the integrated intensity for a randomly oriented sample. The values listed on JCPDS card no. 4-0787 were used for the Ir,hkl of randomly oriented aluminum.
第三个问题:the Pearson VII profile fit是什么公式吗?求细节?
第四个问题:都是电沉积铝方面的文献,都是分析XRD的公式,怎么这里的标准JCPDS card no. 4-0787和上面那个不一样呢?是不是现在的标准变了还是可以有不同的标准呢?也许是我理解有问题?
