Result: via through the contents of A and B in standard sample spinach GBW10015, the tested result fits the standard value. The detection limit of A and B are 0.090mg/L and 0.10mg/L; the relative standard errors of them are 4.7% and 5.2%; and the recycling ratios are 95.0%-101% and 92.0%-98.0%.

Conclusion: This method has low detection limit, high sensibility, precise result, and good ability to determine A and B in food simultaneously.
