忽然有事情,先翻译一半 The electrode catalyst for fuel cell (FC) greatly affects the performance of the cell, thus the development of efficient, inexpensive and anti-poisoning catalysts is the key to the development of FC with high performance-cost ratio. In the project, graphene with excellent performance was used to substitute for carbon black to be used as a catalyst carrier, a graphene-supported non-platinum catalyst (GENPC) for FC was selected as a research object, and novel GENPC was designed and synthesized by using various chemical methods; and the characteristics and laws on controlling synthesis of the size and shape of inorganic nano-crystals in the graphene-based composite structure were systematically researched, and the key factor affecting the uniform distribution of the nano-crystals on graphene sheets was explored, thereby providing the experimental basis for the realization of the controllable synthesis. |

On the basis, the catalysis of the GENPC on oxygen reduction and methanol oxidation was researched through an electrochemical method; the influence of the composition and state of the catalyst particles as well as reduction degree, surface functional groups, doping and the like of graphene on the catalytic performance was investigated; energy band structure of the GENPC was researched by using a density functional theory, thereby exploring the synergy mechanism between the catalytic active component and graphene; and the mechanism of the influence of the graphene carrier on the catalytic activity was revealed, thereby laying experimental and theoretical basis for practical applications of the graphene carrier and the research and development of high-performance non-platinum catalysts for FC. |
