临床护理路径在门诊输液患者健康教育中的应用 【摘要】 目的 探讨临床护理路径(Clinical Nursing Pathway,CNP)在门诊输液患者健康教育中的应用效果。 方法 将 800 例门诊输液患者随机分为两组,观察组400例运用临床护理路径在输液前、输液中、输液后对患者进行健康教育,对照组400例按传统的方式进行健康教育。对比观察两组患者的健康教育知识掌握程度、患者对护理的满意程度以及护理投诉率。 结果 观察组的健康教育知识掌握程度好于对照组(P<0.01),患者对护理的满意程度好于对照组(P<0.01),两组患者的护理投诉率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 在门诊输液患者中应用临床护理路径开展健康教育,可有效提高健康教育水平,改善护患关系,有利于提高医院窗口服务水平。 【关键词】 临床护理路径;健康教育;门诊;护理投诉 Clinical care pathway in patients of outpatient infusion with health education in the application 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical care path (Clinical Nursing Pathway, CNP) patients in the outpatient infusion effect of health education in the application. Methods The 800 cases were randomly divided into two groups outpatient infusion,the observation group 400 cases of clinical care pathway in use before infusion, infusion, after infusion of the patient health education control group, 400 cases according to the traditional approach to health education.Contrast observed in patients with knowledge of health education,patient satisfaction and nursing care complaint rate. Results Observation group Knowledge of health education is better than the control group (P<0.01), patient care and satisfaction better than the control group (P<0.01), two groups of patient care complaint rate was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Patients in the outpatient infusion clinical care path application to carry out health education can effectively improve the health education,improving nurse-patient relationship, will help improve the hospital window services. 【Key words】Clinical Nursing Pathway; health education; outpatient; Care Complaints |

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway (CNP) in the health education of infusion outpatients Abstract Objective: To investigate the application effectiveness of Clinical Nursing Pathway (CNP) in the health education of infusion outpatients. Methods: 800 infusion outpatients were randomly divided into two groups, and Clinical Nursing Pathway (CNP) was applied to the health education of the 400 patients in the observation group before, during, and after the infusion, while traditional health education was applied to the other 400 patients in the control group. Comparative observation was conducted on the 2 groups with respect to the mastering of health education knowledge, the satisfaction with the nursing care, and the complaint rate. Results: Better knowledge of health education and higher satisfaction with the nursing care were observed in the observation group than in control group (P<0.01), while no statistically significant difference was observed between the 2 groups regarding the complaint rate (P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of CNP in the health education of infusion outpatients can effectively enhance the health education and improve the nurse-patient relationship, which helps improve the outpatient services.
