Also, this is a question on many websites, but the choices are different:
Try not to say anything hurtful to her. She is a very _______ person.
A. sensible B. sensitive C. tough D. reasonable
I believe there is nothing wrong with "sensitive", although in OALD 7 ed. "tender" has the entry "easily hurt or damaged", there are no such entries in CALD 3ed. or CCD on CD-ROM 2006, which can mean this sense might not be so widely used. But, both collocations can be seen. If I were to judge, I should say this is a bad question. At first glance, I will choose B.
