Job Title Sales Development Leader - China Automotive Region/Pole Asia Pacific Department Automotive Functional Work Area Marketing/ Guangzhou Essential Functions/Responsibilities -Build up south resign sales development strategy align with China Auto strategy, lead south commercial team dig opportunity in south auto OEM and tiers and molders. -Lead program assigned and execution both at customer bases and internal bases. - Lead to conduct market research and develop new customers and co-work for new applications developing. -Provide plastics solutions in the automotive customer, with first focus on exterior body panels, energy absorbers and special compounds for instrument panels, door modules and front-end modules. Including mold trials, part design review, tooling design review and secondary operation consultancy to customer, doing trouble shooting on customer’s site. -Develop strong and supportive relationships with customers. -Develop or exceed business revenue STNB in south region. -Lead or support to do technical seminar to customer, introduce new technology (Glazing, Stamax, Fender, FEM and EA) and new materials to customer. - Interface with global expertise teams (US, Europe) on new project develop, participate auto program study in China technical center and share best practice to customer. Qualifications/Requirements - Bachelor degree or above in Automotive Industry, Chemical, plastics engineering or Industrial Management. - 5-8 years relevant industry experience related to plastics processing and design, preferably in the automotive industry. - Team work and strong communication skill. -have good commercial and leadership skill. - Good knowledge of computer aided predictive tools (CAD, ProE, UG, CAE). - Fluency in English & Mandarin. |
