According to our records we have not yet received the signed version of the copyright assignment for your article. Please post the signed form to the address below.

我的回信：
I must apology for the delay. However, I have posted the signed copyright on 02 December 2011 to the adress. Could you please check your records again?  If the signed copyright are still not found, then I will post the signed copyright again to the adress after the  vacation of Chinese New Year.

不知道我的意思说清楚了没有？

I think you'd better mail it now. Since your last post was more than one month ago, it must have been lost in the busy Christmas period. After you drop the letter, write an email saying you have done that.

我想回信告诉他今天下午我已经把文件寄出，大概15天后邮件到达。这么说合适吗：I have posted the signed copyright to the adress and it may arrived after 15 days.
