股骨头坏死的早期诊断与治疗进展 【摘 要】 股骨头坏死（ONFH）是骨科常见且难治性疾病，早期的诊断与治疗是获得最佳疗效的前提。而正确的诊断标准及合适的治疗方案则是关键所在。随着研究的深入，关于ONFH的诊断与治疗近几年来受到很大关注，本文就股骨头坏死的诊断标准及治疗研究进展作一综述。 【关键词】 股骨头坏死；早期诊断；治疗 The Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteonecrosis of the femoral head [Abstract] Osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) is a common orthopedic and refractory disease, early diagnosis and treatment is a prerequisite for optimal efficacy. The correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment is the key. With further research, diagnosis and treatment of ONFH been much attention in recent years, this article on the diagnostic criteria of femoral head necrosis and therapy are reviewed. 【Key words】 Osteonecrosis of the femoral head；early diagnosis；treatment |
