股骨头坏死的早期诊断与治疗进展 【摘 要】 股骨头坏死（ONFH）是骨科常见且难治性疾病，早期的诊断与治疗是获得最佳疗效的前提。而正确的诊断标准及合适的治疗方案则是关键所在。随着研究的深入，关于ONFH的诊断与治疗近几年来受到很大关注，本文就股骨头坏死的诊断标准及治疗研究进展作一综述。 【关键词】 股骨头坏死；早期诊断；治疗 The Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteonecrosis of the femoral head [Abstract] Osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) is a common orthopedic and refractory disease, early diagnosis and treatment is a prerequisite for optimal efficacy. The correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment is the key.
