写摘要的时候，跟老板有几点意见不一样。求各位不吝赐教，帮帮忙。
1、摘要第一句：
   我原来是这样写的：A detecting approach for **** named xxxx was described in this paper.
         老板力推：We developed a detecting approach of **** named xxxx.(这里是句号，后面没有了。）
      我总觉得老板的这句话像说了半截，没有下文，感觉读起来怪怪的，而且摘要不是一般不能用第一人称来写吗？但是老板发给我一片文献，摘要第一句话确实是这样写的：We developed……，但人家后面还跟了一句which has……呀，我总觉得我那句要好点儿，但是老板说我的不好，不能用。
2、摘要中间：
   原来的被删减。后来老板改成：Overcoming the obstacle that PLA can not be used for the magnification of antigen-antibody binding signals in small molecular detection, because of two antibodies are unable to combine to one small molecule due to its small molecular structure. The limit of detection (LOD)  in this assay  was 10-50 folds lower than ELISA.
      （1）这句话的前面一句是讲我们实验的原理，因为句子有点长了，我就用了分号，接下来写overcoming the obstacle that……，但是老板说英文中不能用分号，将overcoming开头改成了大写，我总觉得这句话是接着上面一句写的，开头不能用大写，而且英文里面可以用分号的吧？求牛人指点。
      （2）我觉得句子有点繁琐了。我想将“the magnification of antigen-antibody binding signals in ”去掉，因为它本身就是修饰PLA的，老板说不可以。
   （3）我总觉得because of 前面不能加逗号，老板说可以。
   （4）我想，既然我前面描述实验原理的句子有点长了，后面一句话要是开头用大写，我可不可以写成：Because two antibodies are unable to combine to one small molecule due to its small molecular structure，therefore xxxx（我们实验的名称） overcoming the obstacle that PLA can not be used in small molecular detection, and the limit of detection (LOD) in this assay was 10-50 folds lower than ELISA.
