At one time, we thought that if this phenomenon was possibly resulted from the strong photo-luminescence (PL) of novel TiO2 (A) under visible light. However, this doubt was denied after the transient IR absorption spectra of both P25-TiO2 and novel TiO2 (A) were determined.” 修改后：“… but why doesn’t it have photocatalytic activity?
