[交流] 功能材料版 12月份 专家顾问工资 发放帖已有3人参与

请各位专家顾问核对一下，统计是否有误，回帖说明！大家辛苦！

注意：非专家顾问的虫子，不要回帖，否则扣10 BB！

考核规则如下：
1. 专家每月基本工资为30金币+0.01VIP；
是否完成
2. 解答求助帖数记为N1(每个帖子奖励2个金币+0.0005VIP)；
N1=
3. 发布原创帖数记为N2（每个帖子奖励6个金币0.005VIP）；
N2=
4. 转载有效信息数记为N3（每个帖子奖励3个金币+0.0005VIP。每月奖励VIP上限为0.01）；
N3=
5. 当月获得所在版EPI数记为N4（每个奖励5个金币）；
N4=
6.  对专家顾问开设的专题贴数记为N5，专题贴气氛热烈，经版主协商评定为优秀专贴的（短时间内有意义跟贴>20），给30金币+0.01的额外奖励。
N5=
7.  每月基本工作量当月未能完成，由版主视情况酌情减少金币奖励。
注：N1大于等于6方可发放基本工资，未达标的版主酌情奖励，金币奖励不超过30BB。

【VIP奖励】0.01+N1*0.0005+N2*0.005+N3*0.0005(最高0.01)+N5*0.01
