I am so unlucky today

Today is my unlucky day. I found I was charged by apple without my consent. Every time I install a new app on my iPad, it asks me to input my password to confirm the purchase even it is for a free app. But one time, after I installed the app, my 3 year old child begin to play the ipad and randomly chosed a payed app from the app store. To my surprise, it began to install without the need to input the password to confirm. I canceled the download at once and wrote a complain to apple. It took me quite a while to figure out where to write my complain on their Non logical web link. To make things worse, the communication is directed to my hotmail account which I hardly remember the password. When I finally remembered the password today after many tries, hotmail refused me to login. It asked me to input the letters in a picture to check that i am not a robot. The letters are so hard to recognize and I was not sure if I should type a space between the two words. I also tried to use the voice option. I thought it will read out the letters for me, but instead it replay a noise background and say some words in between. Really don't know how many words were said. Which smart guy designed this feature? Finally I used the reset password option to get the access to my account. It sent an email to my other account i nominated when I create this one. Last time, when I heard many accounts were hijacked, I tried to change my password for a longer one but later can't recall it and I didn't nominated another account. So i had no way to login that account and I lost that account forever. I was thinking technology did not work in normal people's way. When I finally login and see the email, I found I was refunded as per my complain.but I found there were another two charges whitout my knowledge. One app is in the cloud, not downloaded onto my local ipad. The other, i even can not see it on my purchased list in app store. So again, complain to apple, saying they throw customer in danger. It is not a fair trading to charge without customer's consent. I am not happy that they say the refund is a kind gesture since they ruled all sale are final one.It didn't address my concern at all. Let's see what they will say this time. Hope they will refund me the two new unauthorized purchases at least. Wish you all lucky. [update] Got the refund now. But still disappointed that they say nothing if they are wrong and if they will improve any. It pissed me off that every time they threaten me that this is the final exception. I'll keep complain!
