我这个小修是不是要悲剧悲剧了？

投稿国际某期刊，上次给了大修，修后有一个负面评价（说我没有修改他的问题），另外两个推荐发表，编辑给了小修，于12.21日提交，提交后处于under review状态，但是奇怪的是27号更新了状态时间，但是还是under review。是不是以前那个审稿人还是不满意，拒了，编辑找人仲裁了？忐忑啊。 附意见： Reviewer #1: Unfortunately, the second revision maintains the same problems of the first one. Although the authors claim that green slogans and the nomenclature used are present in other articles, I think that is the role of the reviewer warning and ensure that this kind of concept confusion is not proper for a journal with the quality of the xxx. Some figures that do not provide useful information to readers were also maintained by the authors. Reviewer #2: The paper has improved after considering all the reviewers comments. I do suggest that it is publish as it is. Thank you. Reviewer #3: The revised paper in my view has improved above the level necessary for a publication in xxx and therefore I recommend it to be accepted. I just miss a notation list as there are numerous variables in the text. Comments from the Editor： One reviewer is still negative, two are positive. Would you try to make one more round with as many improvements as possible?
