| 据文献报道,经树脂法提取得到的甜菊糖产品都为淡黄色产品,需经过重结晶法才能得到白色粉末产品。本实验主要是探讨经过树脂吸附、脱盐、脱色后,不需要经过重结晶,经喷雾干燥就能得到纯度较高且白色粉末状甜菊糖产品。并且结合紫外、红外、高效液相、热重分析等方法对提取得到的甜菊糖做了进一步的研究分析。 |

| According to the references, product of stevia obtained by resin method are light yellow and needs re-crystallization to get white powder product. This experiment is discussing about getting high-purity and white power product of steiva via atomizing drying instead of re-crystallization after resin absorption, salt extraction, and color extraction. Also further study and analysis are conducted on obtained stevia by combining ultraviolet, infrared, high efficient liquid phase, and heat analysis. |

It was reported that the color of stevioside products, extracted by resin, was light yellow, and the white powder could be obtained, followed by recrystallization. In this paper, a new manufacturing technique was developed, with which white powder of stevioside, characterized high purity quotient, was produced, after adsorption of resin, desalting, decoloring and sponging drying without recrystallization. And depending on such products, the further analysis, by UV, IR, HPLC and TGA, was developed. 仅供参考,希望对您有用。 |
