According to the references, product of stevia obtained by resin method are light yellow and needs re-crystallization to get white powder product. This experiment is discussing about getting high-purity and white power product of steiva via atomizing drying instead of re-crystallization after resin absorption, salt extraction, and color extraction. Also further study and analysis are conducted on obtained stevia by combining ultraviolet, infrared, high efficient liquid phase, and heat analysis.

It was reported that the color of stevioside products, extracted by resin, was light yellow, and the white powder could be obtained, followed by recrystallization. In this paper, a new manufacturing technique was developed, with which white powder of stevioside, characterized high purity quotient, was produced, after adsorption of resin, desalting, decoloring and sponging drying without recrystallization. And depending on such products, the further analysis, by UV, IR, HPLC and TGA, was developed.
