[求助] how to use Mira to assemble Genomes?

First sorry for writing English, because the computer in the University only has English and I don't know how to install Chinese in Unix System.

My task today is learning how to assemble Genomes with MIRA.
I read some files, but there are many complex information and commands?
Can somebody give me a favor about this? How to run the MIRA with command line in Unix Operating system?

I see MIRA said it's a Swiss knife~

thank you! The problem was solved yesterday°°
Actually I had the manual, it was too long to read.
I thought, asking somebody here was maybe a quicker way.

Anyway, thanks very much°

Actually,didn't do much help~ If U confused by the command line, no need to be depressed. Every beginner  face this, just check with the manual when you're going to run the tool.Don't bother to memorize~

现在已经不怕command line了 一开始的时候完全不知道是咋回事
我没有信息学背景 本来是生化 所长鼓励大家不要这么年轻把路定的这么窄 希望大家多涉猎不同领域的东西 所以我这学期才选了这个生物信息学module
