[交流] 看看这个编辑意见 已有2人参与

两个审稿人一个小修（就让加两个文献），一个大修（4个问题需要补充说明）。但是编辑说大修不能解决问题，于是拒了。又说让重投，这样的情况是不是编辑倾向于不要这个工作呢？下面是编辑的原话：
Thank you for submitting your manuscript for publication in xxx.  It has been examined by expert reviewers whose reviews are enclosed.  The reviewers have expressed serious reservations about this work that I don’t believe could be addressed through a standard major revision.  In light of the comments received, I am unable to accept the manuscript for publication in  xxx.

>However, if further experimentation, analysis, and revisions allow you to address the referees concerns in full we would be happy to consider within 60 days at the latest a revised new manuscript that revises the current work to include such data and analysis (assuming no related data is published in the interim). This revision new manuscript should address the reviewers’ comments and your cover letter should include a point-by-point response to the concerns.

>NOTE:  The resubmitted work will have a new submission date and a new manuscript number.
