[交流] Good health comes first~↖(^ω^)↗

I just had buffet with friends, so full but very happy. Every time when getting together with friends, I almost cannot control my appetite, because I'm so happy with them and forget the other things, so just eat and eat, talk and talk. However, the problem is that this life style is not that good which is bad for the health These days, I suffered not only the hateful cold, but the allergic rhinitis, and other annoyance...and an academician in our university prematurely passed away last week all of these made me realize that health is really crucial for our life Just like Henry Bollingbroke, the British statesman said, "without health no pleasure can be tasted by man" So only with a health condition can we do anything we can and want. For that reason, I determine to take time to exercise every day.... Hope I can keep going...
