Because of the lower value and relatively uniform distribution of the stored energy in the interior of the deformation grain, the rate of nucleation and subsequent growth of crystal is lower in the process of recrystallization.

翻译：Due to relatively lower stored energy and its uniform distribution within the deformed grain, the rate of nucleation and crystal growth for recrystallization  process is slower than other grain.
