| 班组是由企业行政直接组织职工为完成各项生产经营任务的最基层组织，特点是组员较少、调动方便、易于组织。班组作为企业中最小的生产组织和行政“细胞”，其基础地位是显而易见的，失去了坚固的基础，企业就建不起“高楼大厦”。同样电力企业的班组是最基层、最活跃的单位，也是企业生产和发展的基础和各级工作的落脚点。班组素质的高低，代表和反映了企业的整体水平，班组工作的业务流程，管理将直接影响到企业的社会形象和经济效益，甚至决定企业发展的战略。经过多年信息化建设的积累，电力企业大多数班组的业务都已经应用计算机来处理，但是各个班组依赖计算机工作的程度各不相同。这样就需要一个班组管理系统对班组的日常工作进行集中管理，对班组的生产、学习、管理情况进行记录，并对这些内容进行检查和汇总。让各个班组能从一堆记录簿中解脱出来，达到无纸化办公，让班组信息的共享和交流变得更轻松。在日常工作中，管理人员能够利用班组管理系统即时的了解班组的情况，及时提出建议，指导班组更好的工作。 |
