The most common sample clean-ups are: filtration of the wine [6], [10] and [22] (separation column is preceded generally by a guard column), liquid–liquid extraction [2], [8], [11] and [14] (the extracts are generally dried and evaporated to dryness for concentration), solid extraction [2], [5], [13], [20], [21], [22], [23] and [25] or lixiviation followed by liquid–liquid extraction or solid extraction [3], [12], [14] and [15] in solid samples. Studies have been done on the supercritical fluid extraction of polyphenolic compounds on spiked inert matrices [27]; the modifier was ethyl acetate or methanol (30%), the extraction temperature was 35°C, and the dynamic extraction time was 15 min. In another study [28], the CO2 was modified with 5% methanol, and the extraction parameters were 50°C and 350 bar, with an extraction time of 15 min. Phenol compounds have been also extracted from natural sources as olive leaves [29]. However, to our knowledge, there are no papers on supercritical fluid extraction of these compounds from grape-skin samples. |

最常见的样品净化方法是:将酒[6],[10]和[22]过滤(分离柱前一般加上保护柱),进行液-液萃取[2], [8], [11]和[14](一般将提取物干燥并浓缩旋干),固态萃取[2], [5], [13], [20], [21], [22], [23]和[25]或浸滤后进行液-液萃取,或者在固体样品中进行固态萃取。 已经报道了对添加惰性基质上的多酚化合物进行超临界流体萃取的研究[27];使用的改性剂是乙酸乙酯或甲醇(30%),萃取温度是35°C,而动态萃取时间是15分钟。在另外的报道当中[28],对CO2使用5%的甲醇进行改性,萃取参数是50°C和350 bar,萃取时间是15分钟。还可从天然来源例如橄榄油中提取酚类化合物[29]。然而,据我们所知,还没有从葡萄皮样品中超临界流体萃取这些化合物的报道。 |
