3.11.3 Background Sampling Background samples are needed for statistical evaluation of the data for closure of HWMUs. Background samples are typically needed from the water source used for the decontamination procedures and from unimpacted soils near the HWM facility. The sampling plan should provide essential information regarding background sampling that is based upon the following guidance: 1. Sampling & Handling Methods - Background soil samples and water samples will be collected, handled, preserved, and shipped in a manner identical to that of the closure compliance samples for the same mediums. 2. QA/QC Procedures - All Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures for sampling,handling, and preservation procedures specified in this closure plan will be followed for background samples. 3. Sample IDs & Locations - All background samples will be identified by sample number and location on a site plan. If the background sampling locations are not included in the approved closure plan, then the location of background samples will require separate approval by the DEQ prior to sampling. |

3.11.3 背景采样 背景样品需要进行数据统计评价HWMUs封闭。 背景样品通常从用于净化程序水源和从HWM的设施附近的无影响土壤中取出。抽样计划应提供必要的信息，是基于以下指导原则后的背景采样： 1.采样及处理方法 - 背景土壤样品和水样将收集：处理，保存，发货的方式相同，为同一媒介的封闭遵守样品。 2.QA / QC程序 - 所有质量保证/质量控制程序进行采样，处理，并在这个封闭的计划中指定的保存程序将背景样品。 3.样品ID和位置 - 所有的背景样品，样品的数量和位置，网站上的计划将确定，如果不包括在批准的关闭计划的背景采样地点，然后背景样品的位置将采样前需要由DEQ另行批准 |
