出错分析 SCF cycles performed but system has not reached the groundstate. Current total energy = -13136.25934970 eV (energy not corrected for finite basis set) 第一句：SCF循环可以进行，但是不能达到基态——出错的结果 第三句：由于basis set设置不对，因此energy 不正确 纠正方式： 修改basis set 设置的取值。 在CASTEP calculation 里面找到Electronic 点击窗口右下角的more. 弹出的窗口里面第一个就是basis set .修改数值就可以了 |
