有经验的虫子，帮忙看看，数据重复性、精确度的问题。 已有4人参与

今天收到审稿意见，有一条不太明白： 3.Please ensure that you give an indication of the reproducibility of your experimental data (if you have not already done so). This could be in the form of error limits on data and data points (please define, eg SD, n=?) or a general statement for each type of data (eg number of replicates, % error)." I would expect to see error bars on the data points in the figures. Please provide the bars and indicate their nature in the Figure captions (eg SD, n=?). Alternatively you may wish make a general statement for each type of data (eg number of replicates, % error). 我知道他的意思是要标明误差，还建议在图上画error bars，但是最后还说有个alternative，就是general statement一下即可。而我在实验部分，其实已经说过这个事情了。难道是他没看到？ 我是这么写的“All samples were analyzed in triplicate. The relative standard deviations (RSD) of this method for the standard solution of 5.0 mg/L for AA and BB were 0.8% and 0.5%, respectively. 是不是已经满足他的要求了？这个如何进行response？谢谢大家。 |
