谢谢您的回复！在文献中，作者是想通过这个势能面来计算氢原子在碳纳米管表面的迁移势垒。对于这个势能面的做法，他是这样描述的： The determination of the hydrogen migration barrier on CNT was, however, quite a non-trivial task, because the standard techniques of migration barrier determination did not work well due to the inconvenient geometry of the problem.It turned out methodologically easier to scan the potential surface of hydrogen atom.For this purpose a surface location of the probe hydrogen atom has been fixed and only H distance from the nanotube surface could relax. In order to exclude the global CNT rotation, a pair of carbon atoms far from the hydrogen atom was fixed as well. 一直没搞明白他是怎么做的。难道他就是用LOCPOT做的吗？ |
