Diagnosis and treatment to sudden vibration error in steam electric generating set For 330MW set homemade, the vibration of #2 and #3 increases transiently in first motion process. After data collecting and analysis, the feature and cause to vibration are figured out and set vibration is eliminated and it reaches working rotation speed. Article can be referred to analysis and treatment of similar error at present by analyzing method and vibration feature of this vibration error. |

Diagnosis and treatment on the breakdowns of the steam turbine unit under abrupt vibrations Due to the instant magnification of the vibrations of bearing pad #2 and #3 of some homemade 330MW turbine unit in the first impulse process, data acquisition was done in the spot and the characteristics and cause of the vibration were analyzed and diagnosed. The vibrations of the turbine unit were eliminated and the working speed was reached successfully. The analysis method and characteristics of this kind of vibration in the paper can be referenced in the analysis of similar breakdown in the spot. |
