[求助] 关于铁电解质薄膜材料的几个问题，求大神啊！！！！！

最近跟着一个导师做铁电薄膜方向的研究，还没入门，他老人家提了几个问题，让我下去找。找了好久，也问了任课老师，都说不太清楚。特此发在论坛里，请各位大神相助，最好给出参考文献。

Read the articles about ferroelectric thin films in microwave devices.
a. What is a thin film? How thick is it? What is the size of a typical thin film chip (what is the area?) What are typical values for the permittivity of the film and of the substrates used? How does the permittivity vary with electric field?

b.At 10 GHz, what is the wavelength of a microwave in free space? What is the wavelength in a material of permittivity 10, and a material of permittivity 100? How does wavelength depend on permittivity

c. Why might it be important to measure the permittivity on length scales smaller than one wavelength? Is that likely to be difficult?
