1. I wonder if your country has specific monitoring measures in SVHC. As we inquired ECHA before, they said member state will monitor by itself. 2. After analyzing the REACH rules, there is no unified method to process SVHC. So far the ways are limited to detection and self-claim, but the enterprise will take high risk. 3. Are your department planning to draft monitoring measures and when will it be announced? Do you have any advice to the questions we concerned? |
