谢谢虫子们的参与，综述如下！ [摘要] 目的：探讨美洲大蠊提取物对荷瘤小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用以及抗肿瘤免疫效应机制。方法：右前肢腋下接种S180细胞的昆明种小鼠，连续灌胃美洲大蠊提取物CⅡ-3[50、100、200mg/(kg.d)]10天，观察CⅡ-3对S180肉瘤的生长作用，称量小鼠免疫器官计算脏器指数； 应用ELISA试剂盒检测小鼠血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量。结果：美洲大蠊提取物对小鼠S180肉瘤的生长具有明显的抑制作用，美洲大蠊提取物高、中、低剂量组的抑瘤率分别为58.22%、45.66%、35.37%；美洲大蠊提取物对小鼠的免疫器官具有保护作用；并能明显提高小鼠血清中VEGF和TNF-α的含量。结论：美洲大蠊提取物能明显抑制小鼠S180肉瘤的生长，提高血清中VEGF和TNF-α的水平可能是其发挥抗肿瘤作用的途径。 |

Abstract: Objective: research on extractive of Americana Linn（Periplaneta americana）inhibition function on tumor-bearing rats S180 sarcoma and anti-cancer immune mechanism. Methods: vaccinate KM rats with S180 cells on right fore oxter and continuously lavage the extractive of American Linn CII-3[50、100、200mg/(kg.d)] for 10 days. Observe the growth effect on S180 tumor by CII-3 and weigh rats immune organs to calculate the index of visceral organs. Use ELISA kit to test the concentration of vessel endothelium growth factor (VEGF) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in serum. Results: The extractive of American Linn had apparent inhibition effect on growth of S180 tumor. The tumor inhibition ratio of high, medium, and low dosage groups are 58.22%, 45.66%, and 35.37%. The extractive has protective function on rats immune organs and dramatically increases the concentration of VEGF and TNF-α in serum. Conclusions: The extractive of American Linn can inhibit the growth of rats S180 tumor and the ways to resist tumor cells may be increasing concentrations of VEGF and TNF-α in serum. 那个美洲大蠊有英语和拉丁两种翻译，看LZ自己需要哪种了。 |
