We will consider it. We noted that the website stated "Membership is not a must but we  welcome membership from all the authors and co-authors for promotion of the journal." and hope that our paper can be processed and accepted. Thank you.

2011.10.10 清早收到回信：
Sorry, authors will have to be members before we process your manuscript.

看来必须先做会员 先搞个年度的吧 100刀。
