International Journal of Approximate Reasoning是否接收会议论文呢？期刊主页上这么写的：Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis)。。。我不太确定他们是否接收会议论文的扩展。有哪位大侠能够帮忙解答一下？
