| The increase of C can improve the sensitivity of detection, but if C is too large, it will bend work curve and decrease the linearity locally. The graph made by J software shows that the signal value is gradually increased with the increase of C, reaching the highest value in 280h, and then the signal value falls gradually, while the results of single factor test shows that with the increase of C, the basic signal value increases linearly in the range of 250 to 300 . |

The increase of D can also improve the sensitivity of detection, but when D is too large, noise and Self-absorption will be produced and it can reduce the life of lamps. Fig 2 shows the D’s impact on signal value. From the given curve made by J software, D and signal value grows linearly. And the results of single factor test shows that with the increase of D, the signal value rises gradually in the range of 20 to 60, the maximal value is got at 70, thereafter with the add of D, signal values gradually reaches the stable state and grows slightly. With the increase of E concentration, the signal value rise fast when the concentration is below1, and after that the signal value rises slowly. The 01-5 E has no significant effects on the signal value; the result of single factor test shows much similarity with the curves made by J software. |
