[求助] RSC Advances期刊影响因子会在2.0以上吗？

9月14日投了篇文章到Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics，昨天编辑回信拒稿，要我转投RSC Advances，但不知这个期刊如何？影响因子会在2.0以上吗？
Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics. All manuscripts submitted to Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics are initially evaluated by the Editors to ensure they meet the essential criteria for publication in the journal. I’m sorry to say that on this occasion your paper will not be considered further because it does not offer sufficient new physical insight for PCCP.

However, I think your paper would be more suited to the scope of RSC Advances (http://pubs.rsc.org/en/journals/journalissues/ra). I have spoken to the Senior Publishing Editor, Amaya Camara-Campos, and they would be happy for the paper to be considered for publication in RSC Advances. I can arrange for it to be transferred directly, keeping its original submission date.
