| 在实验上，因为砷容易蒸发，所以用按照化学计量比合成的CdSnAs2多晶生长出的单晶体，可能会改变该晶体的带隙，从而影响到单晶的光学透射率（optical transmittance），所以在合成的时候，往往会增大砷的含量，使其偏离化学计量比（deviating from the stoichiometric ratio）。 |

| In experiment, Arsenic evaporates easily so the single crystal, which is produced from polycrystal which is synthesized in stoichiometric ratio, may change the band gap of this crystal and further affects optical transmittance of single crystal. Therefore, during the synthesis, the content of Arsenic will increase to make it deviate from the stoichiometric ratio. |

Therefore, the amount of Arsenic could be increased during the synthesis and the stoichiometric ratio could be deviated. |
