由于在复合材料中晶须的加入，一方面使得复合材料摩擦过程中摩擦副与大量由晶须组成的凸峰接触，这些凸峰承担了部分载荷及摩擦阻力，使铝合金基体和磨球的接触较少，从而保护了基体，降低了复合材料的磨损率；另一反面，晶须在摩擦磨损过程中破碎并在挤压力的作用下形成一层富含Mg2B2O7晶须的机械混合层，这层物质有利于降低复合材料的磨损率，使得复合材料的耐磨性得到有效的提高。 谢谢大家了！ |

| With adding Whisker In the composite materials ,on the one hand ,the process of friction contacts with convex peaks which formed by a large number of whiskers during the friction process of composite materials,these convex peaks assumed part of the load and friction ,which lead less contact between the aluminum matrix and balls, thereby protecting the substrate, reducing the wear rate of composite materials.on the other hand ,in the process of friction and wear,whisker are broken and formed a mechanical mixed layer which riched in Mg2B2O7 whisker under the pressure in the squeeze, this layer of materials help to reduce the wear rate of composite materials, effectively improved the wear resistance of composite materials. |
