| 1. The target in use for the cross directional speed of the sensor head. This value is listed in width units (either inches or millimeters) per second.2. Result of the analog to digital conversion of the voltage output from the sensor’s detector.3. Indicates the number of times the sensor head has crossed the web since the recipe was loaded, or a manual STDZ was performed.。4. Number of Readings and Number of Measurements. Indicates the total number of profile pieces displayed on the high resolution display and the total number of measurements taken across the web. The maximum would be 1000/8000. In this instance Readings would be the same as Segments.5. The line speed as measured by the pass line tachometer to the IBOX for the frame. Will be in either feet/minute or meters/minute.6. This value is used for same spot measurements and represents the distance from the previous frame in number of pulses from the tachometer caused by web movement. In this example both frame two and three are referenced to frame one.7. Sheet offset is automatically calculated by the IBOX and represents the deviation in the location of the center of the web as measured on each scanner frame. |
