在已有工作（前人工作）和反应的热动力学行为及反应的动力学行为基础上，我们提出了能够表征气化反应的全部主要特性的机理，该机理既可以回答前面所述的问题也可以解释在哪个阶段吸附可以被忽略。

On the basis of predecessors' work， and with the thermal dynamics behavior of reaction and the kinetic behavior of reaction, a mechanism which can characterize of   all the major features of gasification reactions was proposed in our study and it can also answer the question aforementioned  as well as explain  the period chemisorption which could be neglected.
这样感觉就完美了，虽然有两个and显得重复，但是作业不同，所以and还是加入好，可以承接前面的前人研究一起并列了
