Expression of Gene was detected by the means of real-time PCR and Northern-blotting,the key gene associated with immune rejection was determined through correlation analysis of expression level and immune rejection，and multi-tissue expression pattern analysis, function prediction and identification were carried out.It is not only lay the foundation for revealing xenograft rejection in immune research，but also for identifying further important target gene in conduct of genetic modification and gene knockout ,finally it provides a scientific basis for increase of the success rate in the field of xenotransplantation. |
