[求助] 求几篇关于利用organometallic chemistry 合成催化剂的文献

版主，各位大侠，知道在这里求助文献不太妥，但是由于不知道自己需要的文献的具体信息，只有再这里应助了。
套了加拿大的一位教授去读博，让写研究计划，但是我对他的研究课题一无所知，我做的是纳米材料，他做的是有机金属催化。又不想放弃这个机会。就救助这个领域的大牛们给提供几篇文献，最好也有综述，自己可以参考下，定重谢
Your statement of purpose should describe how you are very
interested in Organometallic Chemistry, and how it is applied to Asymmetric
Catalysis.  In other words, describe how you are interested in using
Organometallic Chemistry to develop catalytic reactions that are important to
Pharmaceutical Chemistry, but that you also want to learn how the catalysts
work by studying their mechanism.  These mechanistic studies, along with
controlled, directed optimizations of the catalyst structure through ligand
synthesis and organometallic chemistry, will show how these catalysts work,
and they will show which structural features of the catalyst are the source of
the catalysts activity and selectivity.  State that you want to do
Organometallic chemistry, but also to learn some fundamental organic synthesis
to prepare ligands and to carry out asymmetric catalytic reactions
