在酶促转化反应初期,A降解的相对较快,同时,葡萄糖含量在逐渐上升,粗酶液和纯酶液在对A降解的过程来看,两者略有区别,主要表现在粗酶液用于酶促反应时,B含量几乎保持不变,而纯酶液则相反,我们猜测很可能粗酶液中还有其他组分对A降解有影响。

In the preliminary stage of enzymatic transform reactions, the degradation of  A was relatively faster, at the same time, the content of glucose increased gradually. The degradation process of A by  rude enzymes solution was slightly different from that by the pure enzymes solution, and the main difference is that the content of B remained unchanged when rude enzymes solution was used, while other components in the solution may also influence the degradation of A when  pure enzymes solution was used.
