| When aggregation number of micelle was determined by the steady-state fluorescence probe method, probe and quenching agent were solubilized by micelle, which made the size and shape of the micelle change, thus resulting in the change of the aggregation number of micelle. Therefore, low quenching agent concentration should be chosen in the premise that the probe concentration/micelle concentration is far less than 1. |
