求助有机翻译 the present invention thus relates to 5-(N-2-hydroxyethylancetamido-2,4,6-triiodo-N,N"-bis(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)isophthalamide(hereinafter called compoundI)and to 5-(N-2,3-dihydroxypropylancetamido)-2,4,6-triiodo-N,N"-bis(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)isophthalamide(hereinafter called compoundII) compoundI and compoundII contain at least two chiral central and thus exist in optically active form as described hereinafter in more detail.the present invention thus includes the d-,l-,racemic and meso-forms of compoundIand II. The compound of formlua I in which R represents the--CH2CH2OH group (compoundI)has been found posses (1)an intravenous toxicity (LD50 i.v.)in the mouse of 21900mg I/Kg and an intracerebral toxicity (LD50 i.c.) in the mouse of greater than 1500mg I/Kg (2) nephrotoxicity in the rabbit greater than 10500 mgI/Kg (3) the ability to form solution of high concentration ,i.c. at least 400-500 mg I/ml(4)low osmolality:0.46 Os/kg at a concentration of 280 mg I/ml,0.64 Os/kg at a concentration of 380 mg I/ml,0.5 at a concentration of 300 mg I/ml(determined by interpolation)and 0.50(cryoscopic)at a concentration of 300mgI/ml;and (5)a viscosity of 4.1cP at 37oC.and 7.4cPat 20oC,the concentration in each case being 280mg I/ML;and a viscosity of 5.0cPat 37oC and 9.3cP ae 20oC,the concentration being 300 mgI/ml in each case.
