Acta materialia 大修

第一次试投Acta materialia杂志，由于紧张，此后我每几个小时都会看稿件状态。没想到审稿过程超速，当日投，Editor第三日便送审，送审后第六天便出现Required review completed，心想这下完了，肯定审稿人看都没看就给毙了，没想到又过一日，意见回来了： Dear Dr. ** Please see below the referee's report of your above-mentioned paper. In view of these comments, I regret that I cannot accept your paper for publication in Acta MATERIALIA in its present form. Major revisions are required. Please make the revisions as stated by the referee, and use this on-line submission website for submitting your revised manuscript. Editor's/Reviewer's comments: Reviewer #1: This is an interesting paper. I have not seen previous publications dealing with **. This is an innovative process that appears to offer a way to **.
