[求助] 关于无脊椎鱼类卵膜的化学成分构成

很想知道像海胆、海星等无脊椎鱼类中,鱼卵卵膜是由什么成分构成的,如蛋白质、多糖、磷脂?其组成百分比大概多少?
ps:想用一种类似于蛋白酶的酶类,降解卵膜。想知道卵膜的这些成分,以明机理!
望各位虫友及老师指导,万分感激额!

晕,这个问题有些奇怪。海胆海星均为无脊椎动物,为棘皮动物门,而鱼则是脊椎动物啊。你是想问海胆海星卵膜的组成,还是鱼卵细胞膜的组成?但因为是细胞膜,应该几乎都为磷脂双分子层,主要为磷脂和蛋白质。其中的磷脂蛋白质均会被修饰。

下面一段材料是卵黄膜在不同生物中的叫法。你可以找到相应的英文单词在加上你所想查询动物的拉丁名或英语一起在GOOGLE查询,一般就会有结果了。

The layer of material that covers an animal egg cell. Primary membranes develop in the ovary and cover the egg surface in addition to the normal plasma membrane. The primary membrane is called the vitelline membrane in insects, molluscs, birds, and amphibians, the chorion in tunicates and fish, and the zona pellucida in mammals. Insects have a second thicker membrane, also called the chorion. Secondary membranes are secreted by the oviducts and parts of the genital system while the egg is passing to the outside. They include the jelly coat of frogs' eggs and the albumen and shell of birds' eggs.

非常感谢热心回复,怪我的问题有些模糊。
想知道卵膜的具体化学组成成分和含量。如果有磷脂,磷脂大概含多少?
是否含有胶原蛋白一类物质,含量多少?

文献比较老,例如Structure and composition of the fish egg chorion (Carassius auratus)*,Studies on the composition, structure and differentiation of fish egg chorion,如果能下载的话,你可看他的前言部分,应该会有提及,胶原蛋白是都有的,因为细胞膜的基底膜几乎都有。
这是另一篇文献里关于磷脂的含量的The lipid class compositions of Atlantic herring eggs and larvae were determined immediately before fertilization, after fertilization and at various times during subsequent embryonic and early larval development. Total lipid constituted 15% of the dry wt of ripe eggs, 70% of the total lipid being polar lipid with phosphatidylcholine (PC) accounting for almost 90% of the polar lipid. In general, the total lipid content decreased gradually during embryogenesis and in particular during larval development. Within 3 hr after fertilization the relative percentage of neutral lipid decreased slightly. This was followed by a general decrease in polar lipid which, by the stage of yolk sac absorption, was reduced to 52% of the total lipid. The decreased percentage of polar lipid was due entirely to a decrease in PC, which was reduced to 66% of the polar lipids at the stage of yolk sac absorption. The accompanying increase in the percentage of neutral lipids was mainly due to increased percentages of triacylglycerols (TAG) up to yolk sac absorption and cholesterol esters in the larval stages. During the first 4 days after hatching, phospholipids and to a lesser extent cholesterol were preferentially depleted in the yolk sacs, which also had higher levels of free fatty acids. The results are discussed in relation to possible roles of different lipids during embryonic and early larval development.
