Recruitment of talented candidates to the Netherlands to carry out PhD research In collaboration with China Scholarship Council, the Laboratory of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Erasmus MC-University Medical Center Rotterdam is urgently recruiting 2 PhD students. They will start their research from Sep. 2012 and focus on the study of liver diseases, including viral hepatitis B and C, liver cancer and stem cells. The unique aspect of the project is to comprehensively investigate the human kinome involved in pathogenesis, using a genome-wide kinase array (pioneered by prof.Maikel Peppelenbosch, the head of the lab). Other state-of-the-art technologies will also be used, including RNAi library screening, mass spectrometry and genome-wide RNA and DNA arrays. Requirements 申请人须为“211工程”院校/中国科学院研究生院全日制在读学生，应为当年应届硕士毕业生（可于2012年9月以前获得硕士学位）或博士一年级学生（已具有硕士学位）。硕博连读生（第三年）及直博生（第三年）也可申报，但国内院校需证明申请人可于2012年9月前完成相当于硕士阶段学习，且进入博士阶段学习时间未超过一年；并应符合拟留学院校的具体要求。 English: One project：IELTS Grade: 7.0 (minimal 6.0 per component) or TOEFL: 100 (minimal 20 per component); Another project：IELTS Grade: 6.5 or TOEFL: 91 For more information, please contact q.pan@erasmusmc.nl, 0031-10-703-4545 |
