关于杂志CHEMICAL & PHARMACEUTICAL BULLETIN及其他药剂类

小虫正在写文章，请问CHEMICAL & PHARMACEUTICAL BULLETIN这个杂志如何，if：1.5，日本的，还要收费。说是没有资金可以申请免除，不知道免除容易吗？如下： Ⅸ. CHARGES 1. Submission Fee: The one-time fee of 3000 Japanese yen/manuscript, payable by credit card, will be applied to new submissions only. 2. Page Charge: 4000 Japanese yen per printed page. 3. Reprint Charges (Japanese yen) 后面一个表 · Postage included; Tax extra. · Color printing carries an extra surcharge of ￥80 per page. · Reprints only available in multiples of 50. · Cover charge: ￥30 each. 4. Actual cost for color figures. 5. Actual cost for English revision and editing. The charges do not include consumption tax. The Journal reserves the right to modify the charges without prior notification. The page charge should be paid, but is not a condition for publication, since the decision for publication is made on the basis of scientific significance only. The publication charge may be waived upon request from authors who do not have sufficient funds.
